Something that bothers me. What mechanism exists and has been corrupted or is simply missing that is supposed to hold politicians accountable when they blatantly disregard rule of law? What is there as a disincentive to compel them to at minimum follow even a loose interpretation of the law? Impeachment is a joke. Who the f**k cares.

Seriously. I am completely at a loss of understanding. Did the founders of this nation miss something? I can only hope the 1st and 2nd amendments are failsafes and not the primary means of keeping bad actors from going off the rails.

I agree... the behavior we see out of DC is the end of this nation. Pure lawlessness coming right from the top. There is no end in sight. I can only hope when the lights go out these MFs are on the menu. They best have a plan to start running. And soon from what I can tell.
